This original composition is perfect for percussionists who are learning to develop their mallet technique. All mallet parts are performed only on the black keys of the instruments. There are many references to the number five, including the time signature of 5/4, the key signature of five flats (Bb minor) and many recurring played and clapped five-note motifs.
